I would wager the subscriber that sent you these is rejoicing that you kept more than one. They said they split the 48s one into each box so you would have A CHANCE of keeping your rule - but that tells me that they WANTED YOU to keep something, because they appreciate your work and how frustratingly hard it is to find good pieces that are both your style and size. And if they were so careful as to MAKE SURE you'd have something to keep, I'm pretty sure they are excedingly happy you managed to find MULTIPLE that you liked. That was beautiful to see. I am going to check the other 2 videos, and I'm gonna check your website for some of those patterns because DAMN this is a good selection

When we move and open our vintage store in New Mexico I know who i will be sending my patterns to when they dont sale! I want someone who gets excited about patterns and vintage fashion as i do, and my husband laughs every time you react to a pattern just like i do.. girl if you saw my box of vintage gloves and scarves..because you cant have one and yes it matters that this pair of white kid gloves has a button and this pair doesnt and NO i cant get rid of one pair because they are VASTLY different, why? @@StephanieCanada well you will officially be our go to person because you're going to love this, so we buy storage lockers with a focus on vintage..so the older the better , the storage lockers will be supplying our vintage store which will be supporting our nonprofit which will among other things I hope to teach at risk youth how to sew, and take clothes that we won't be selling in the store such as fast fashion and altering them, updating them, making them to the point where people want to wear them, all while hopefully teaching those wanting about the history behind so much of fashion, even the utilitarian. I've been slowly collecting sewing machines over the years ,all kinds, including yup 1920s Singers! So we will probably come across many storages with patterns, and when I go on buys I ALWAYS buy patterns because people seem to dump them in bulk cheap if not free, knowing someone in this world loves (and gasps as audibly as i do 💗) I will definitely pass them along to you. Especially because I know more than likely the odds of me being in the position at my size and with the amount of work I plan on doing with the store and work, I will probably NEVER get to actually see one of the beloved patterns I hoard I mean cherish come to fruition whereas with you, they might!

Hey - question. On the larger sizes that are not current “big four” patterns, could you look into scanning these in and creating pdf’s? Anyway, now that we know Bob’s out peeing on vintage patterns along with doing things like maintaining daylight savings time we have even more reason to hate him.

You are allowed to treat yourself in life! 3 boxes, 3 patterns per box seems reasonable for this particular moment. My mother is a precise folder when she refolds her pattern tissue. She’s living with my older sister and we went through her pattern stash. I provided them with some patterns and I have borrowed a pattern from my sister. She grabs history patterns from McCalls and Butterick, and never makes them. It’s not a problem because they store them in their hoard.
