We’ve always taken turns opening gifts and thank whomever gives you that gift. As our family grew, we would pick ways to open…youngest to oldest, then oldest to youngest, then longest hair to shortest hair, tallest to smallest, everyone open two at once etc…Kids have a blast and I believe it allows them to really be grateful for all that they received and more so thank the person who gave it to them and helps them to remember who got them what as well so they can talk about it too

We go by the person giving, oldest to youngest, once they pass out their gifts then the next one goes. Plus we do a secret Santa amongst the adults and then each couple selects a child to be their Santa.. it takes foreverrrrr omg we need a better system

My hubby and I are also trying to find a 3 bed. Right now we have a 2 bed and the second bedroom is my office because I work from home. We would really love a 3 bedroom because we are trying to have a baby and just figured it would be easier to move now than once I'm pregnant. Who knows! Hopefully 2025 is good to all of us! ❤
