@@crowns9966 I see and appreciate your statement of facts and his greatness and just like you said, he is definitely is leaving a lasting legacy in an industry, and has brought it forward for everything he has done and continues to do for broadcast journalism. I would be curious about the first part of your statement where you lead with "Regardless" and also maybe spelling out the "how he acts" and "the way to talk about players" that you mentioned. For example, I'll mention a couple of my ESPN favorites, though the roles they are remembered for are probably a bit different: like if we are talking about Stuart Scott R.I.P, he mixed his radar for the current social fun trends and love for sports to open doors to new audiences because of how fun it was to hear him deliver over sportscenter highlights. And then someone like Mike Greenberg who is kind of just a geeky guy who might over-use literary references lol and how everyone who appears on his show embraces how out of the loop he is and everyday they joke with him about how he's a bit out of that loop, regardless if that person is Dan Orlovksy, Jalen Rose, whoever the female co-host for the day, or whoever is a guest; all of that has production quality and fun and positivity. I just get curious when someone leads with "Regardless" because it implies that there is something incorrect about the way he does his job, but for me I just think of Stephen A. as straight up legend in broadcast journalism because of how charismatically he does deliver a message. I'm definitely not one to throw digital hands on the internet or twitter fingers as you can tell lol but I'm just always curious to see and hear and welcome others points of view

angelo belcher nigga the only thing Stephen A has said about the Ganga is that you shouldn’t be risking your multimillion dollar career over it. Which really he’s right. They can smoke all they want in the off season but chooses to do it during the season where they randomly drug test. Not only that but the first few violations of a drug test don’t even really count. They’re more like warnings so it’s really any athletes fault as to why they are in the position they’re in to keep it a band

This is the more relevant theme that I gathered. Use the negative circumstances such as bullying and mistreatment as a tool in a positive way to better yourself and not use it in a way that is harmful to yourself or others.

Its the sameway you should think about making $50,000 a year. Maybe you taking home $30,000 after taxes but then you have health insurance, home insurance and car insurance. So after taxes and insurance you have $20,000 to eat for an entire year.

He got offered 28 million for 3 years in 2016 from FOX and ESPN immediately offered him an additional 10 million on his contract with Stock options. They knew he is the only thing keeping ESPN #1

Well since ESPN and fox are owned by Disney now, it might be a lot easier for him to move to FS1 or something else that might give him even more visibility
