@@ZackFlairr The main problem is the commissioner. Adam Silver is too nice and lets the players get away with too much. David Stern was more strict and held teams and players accountable for stuff like missing games (especially marquee and nationally televised ones), dress codes, constant foul language at press conferences, trade demands, etc. There needs to be a better balanced commissioner. Maybe not as strict as David Stern but certainly not as lenient as Adam Silver. The way things are right now the players are ruining it for the future.

I don’t know why people say it’s LeBron’s fault this LeBron GM thing needs to stop he’s not the GM and he doesn’t have final say of what goes on in the Lakers organization just because he may have said I would like to have Russ doesn’t mean it’s his fault because at the end of the day LeBron didn’t make the trade. Literally every superstar has a say on what there team does Curry for example if he didn’t want KD than KD wouldn’t have been on the Warriors but that doesn’t make Curry the GM he just has say on certain things because he’s the team’s superstar and has leeway.
