Of course not. He, Steph and Kerr all know the most important part: Draymond HELPED THEM WIN with this behavior in the past, getting an edge over other players by violating rules around violence. That's the one thing SAS is not saying here, but he should-- Dray was an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE. This isn't about "messing up and apologizing," it's about a strategy of play that was outside the rules. That's why there was no accountability.

So because Stephen A didn't directly ask the question in the segment but instead asks what the reaction would be with Lebron, he's not questioning Steph's leadership? That's a cop out to avoid what was obviously a click bait segment on the show. If we follow his reasoning to conclusion, the conclusion is that we should be asking questions about Steph Curry's leadership, aka Stephen A thinks we should be questioning it. You only ask those questions separate from Draymond's own accountability if you believe Steph wasn't doing his job as a leader. The segment is currently up on the ESPN youtube channel as "Stephen A QUESTIONS Steph Curry's Leadership" right now! Making the segment about comparing it to Lebron is also a cop-out because everyone knows the media holds Lebron as the gold standard for leadership so initializing the comparison is a passive aggressive way of calling out Steph as well. If this was Lebron, he would've had Draymond traded. But because Steph is sticking it out with the same guys he's won 4 chips with suddenly he's not demonstrating he's a good leader? It's ridiculous, and Draymond called Stephen A out about it to defend his point guard regardless of their previous relationship which I give him credit for. Stephen A made a click bait segment for First Take surrounding Draymond, skirted the line about Steph's character, and now when he's being called out for it, he's afraid to stand on it.

Draymond is a narcissist. I've had to deal with a lot of these people in my life and he has all the signs. It's not hard for a narc to say "I was wrong" if he's able to embark on a long soliloquy that ultimately paints him as a victim of circumstances. That's what narcs do and that's how they think. Yes, I did this terrible thing, but I was somehow "forced" or "pushed" into this situation that left me no choice but to act the way that I did. Therefore, they are never truly repentant cause it's never truly their fault. If they are forced into a similar situation in the future, they'd do it again.

Im honestly tired of the press NOT holding Stephs leadership to the fire more often. 2 years ago the sports media (1st take) asked if Steph had taken Lebron over as the face of the league and actually questioned if he was greater because of the 4th ring. How can you give Steph all that credit when he and the Warriors are on top and not hold his feet to the fire when they are losing? Which one is it, is he up there with the greats or not? Magic, Kobe, Shaq, Kareem, Bron ALL had to answer for their teams failures but Steph doesnt? Man go head wit dat. He should NOT get a pass.

Steve Kerr is telling Draymond to "leave the refs alone, this is where it all begins. " I do hope that he can adhere to the coach's recommendation, but I don't believe that will happen. Draymond has also said that Adam Silver talked him out of retirement, and as a 4 time NBA Champion, he has much more to offer to the game. With all that has occurred, including the three suspensions this season ; I believe that Draymond knows that he is one more meltdown from a Lifetime Ban from the NBA.

Instead of apologizing to millions of fans for ruining so many playoffs and seasons, Draymond has an attitude? Time for a trade. I am sick of this. He has a slim window of opportunity to change or he will be gone. Maybe he will go to another team that does not care, but I am sure most teams will not want him. I have loved this trio for the past 12 years, but I suppose, sometimes we have to move on. Dray has been instrumental in the 4 rings the Dubs got. However, the chance for another ring is closing soon and Draymone is destroying this team. If I was the manager, I would not put up with this.
