For those who don't have context about Sara to whom Stephen gave the S1 jacket at comic con, Sara is a young cancer survivor who came to comic con every year, and each year, Stephen gave her something and made her promise to come back the next year and return the item to him. This year, which is probably Stephen's last appearance at SDCC for ARROW, he got Warner Brothers to agree to him giving away the iconic, ratty S1 jacket that Oliver wore on the island. It is a beautiful moment, and Stephen Amell is an amazing human being

Also you need to stop using Felicity as an excuse for everything. The decline of Arrow during season 3 is not her fault alone. Stop pissing on a single character just because you have no one else to blame. Also Arrow being this good this season has to do with the condensed season of 10 episodes. It has nothing to do with her not being present. This hate for Felicity is old,boring and overdone. Give it a rest.
