Ayesha fans have concocted the myth they were childhood sweethearts because Ayesha mentions in every interview they met when they were teenagers. She wasn't allowed to date at that time but clearly she wants to perpetuate the myth as well. They were not close friends. Steph was at CharlotteChristian. Ayesha went to Weddinggton High. Church was where they interacted. She began dating him in July/August 2008 when he was a Davidson College basketball star and NBA prospect.

Ayesh was ruthless and kept kicking Steph's ankles over and over. We all know Steph's history with his injuries but she didn't care at all. All these years she's been complaining about her NBA wife status and never occurred to her no one knew she existed before and now thanks to Steph she receives business opportunities.
