I know in reality that this probably isn't the case, but I love imagining that all the people who live within earshot of you, get to enjoy listening to these stories as you record them. I can just envision a whole block of flats with people who are wonderfully calm and well rested because they can hear you in your studio. I can also see the same effect when you, Rebecca, and Timmy travel. Suddenly, a whole hotel's-worth of folks are getting the best sleep of their lives because you are visiting there and recording your stories. It's silly, I know, but it tickles me to think of it that way. Thank you for all you do! I appreciate your hard work, kindness, and dedication to making sure we all get the best rest we can.

I love all your stories, but gravitate to your 🌧️ stories and ones with thunder too. I hear your voice clearly the rain seems to cancel out tinnitus i live with. Sleeping is getting more and more for me and I've slept a few 8 hours this year first time in dozen years... Thank you for sharing your gift of storytelling.

It was my 3 year old grandson that found your stories and I have been hooked ever since. He's nannas little bestie, 💙 He loves listening to ASMR and it send him to a blissful sleep, I used to talk to him using this tone of voice when he was a baby and it would send him right off to sleep. So yeah, he does his usual scrolling, starts with Juniya1 gu, gueniveivs playhouse, then moves on to this when he's feeling all sleepy, it is sooooo soothing though isn't it ?

Well, my my 55 yr. Old brother passed away last week. Not still thinking in my right mind, i lost my phone from the hood of my car. I haven't been able to sleep well until i got this trac phone. Ill say good night now before its too late. Lol. Thanks again. Since losing my baby you really make it more possible for me to sleep. Insomnia has been a real issue since her passing. Your stories are the first thing I've found that ACTUALLY helps. Even if not every time it still helps me to relax. I was falling asleep to the tv because i couldn't handle my own thoughts and silence was killer for that. And tv would distract me but too much because I'd get caught up watching. This is perfect and the bit of meditation to begin with is amazingly helpful. You are amazing. Thank you ❤

I'm so sorry for your loss... My thoughts will be of positivity for you. My daughter lost her son and she is grieving so hard even tho its been 5 yrs. Don't let anyone tell you how long you should mourn..that's what someone told her!!! I know you will find solace in these stories. I found another podcast to listen to its called lets get sleepy... It was 2011 for me. It never seems to get easier. Just becomes something you learn to live with. She was my only child and gone at 4 and a half months. Also single mom and ha e gone through everything alone. Its been a nightmare all around. Its nice to hear a comforting voice at night when your too scared to be left in silence alone with your own thoughts. My tv or phone is always going so I don't have to sit in the quiet. Thank you so much Stephen! I've been struggling with severe anxiety and depression for the last 3 months. I'm a 25 year old man. My mom got a brain injury at work and will never be the same. I've grown distant from my dad who lives in another state, my brother lives in another town, but we get to visit sometimes. All my friends live in different states now. I've felt so sad and alone, and have found sleep very difficult. But last Friday I found this story and the relief was almost instant. I am not able to listen to the entire story, but I just love how calming the rain and music sounds. They are wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this story! A story idea I think would be fun is another train story, this time, themed around a trip to a seaside town. The train makes this routine stop to this town, then travels up to a wintry mountain. It's not one I thought of so well, but it's fun to imagine nonetheless.

During the relaxation at the start there is a lot of noise like a crackling, static, sound which I think is meant to be rain. I find it difficult to hear your voice and to relax. 😢I've been skipping past this part and starting with the actual story though and find I fall asleep easily to Walter making his potions for his various customers. It's just the early part that seems to have the 'static' sound. Hope it can be sorted as this is one of my favourite ones along with the Sleep Abbey and Sleep Hotel. Thank you for your soothing voice and imaginative stories. ❤

Unfortunately the rain sound is louder than your voice and it’s hard to hear you. It keeps me awake. I don’t find it soothing. After a couple of minutes I have to switch to one of your other stories without the rain sound😢

I am the opposite, I have tinnitus and love the ones with this rain. I can hear Tim clearly and the rain cancels out the sirens in my ear. I love all his stories but gravitate to the 🌧️ ones. Have you tried his Book Shop stories? I circle back to those because just the way he says "Book Shop" is now a trigger for relaxing! Wish you best sleep!
