Part of it might be placebo effect, but I’m not complaining! This story is very slow, which is great because it takes less effort to concentrate and to follow it. And I love Celtic stories! Well, if you're like me and on a random insomnia night cycle, thought I was on the other end of but noooooo, I think it was something just a tad bit different I hadn't used, the technique is highly effective on me since I had not used story telling longer than 20 minutes, I reckon' my brain was finally purely exhausted and had nothing to lose other than lying there & not falling asleep, I was wrapped in an hour and 20 minutes of non interruption and the both of us somewhere in some land & rest is history. Great props to the Silva Method Progressive Hypnosis brand here, and I'm not paid whatsoever here, don't care to be, just so happy to have gotten some rest with sleep & now that the sun is up & I'm awake, I can do some light exposure & somatic reset, and pray for some later quality sleep coming more easily than the night's fight! Dealt with sleep issues for years! Got this one on save, that was my first use. Praise God! ❤

I don't think I've ever dreamed so vividly! I went from seeing Niamh in the story from Oisin's view, to being Niamh then Oisin's view when he landed back in Ireland. I felt his heart break when he knew he was falling off the horse, knowing he'd never see Niamh again. 😢I felt as if it was so real that my heart broke. You are an amazing story teller. When I was 4 years old, living in the states, I told my father, we had to go home. He said we were at home, I said no daddy, back to Ireland! He told me we had never lived in Ireland, I said yes we did before I was born. Ever since, or maybe before I realized this story my father told me, I have felt a yearning for Ireland. My great grandmother was born there and moved to the states as a young woman, my great grandfather (who I believe was also born there but don't know much about him) and her both traveled here to the states and had 14 children but only 12 survived. I was not lucky enough to have my grandmothers deep red hair, but I do have the strange under curls with straighter hair on top like she did. Thank you for this beautiful story. I just found you and will definitely be listening to more of your stories.

Meditations have never ever worked for me but this one is just amazing. Have listened to it 6 nights in a row and have yet to make it to the end.
