I appreciate every story you tell. I wake up about 3am every morning and used to just stay awake and live on for hours of sleep. Now I fall asleep before I finish the relaxation sessions. And its been a positive change for my mood, stress levels and health.

Thank you for this story Stephen. I was lucky to visit Iceland at the beginning of this year and the weather was beautiful during our stay. The stunning scenery is really breathtaking. Also visited the Sky pool, which was the best experience. Reykjavik was the most amazing city I’ve visited, the colours of the buildings the mountain backdrop and the sea all added to the panorama. Still didn’t hear much of the story, but love going to sleep in the campervan 🚐

I love the caravan series! This was no exception. You took us on a fantastic voyage. My suggestion for a caravan trip is to Key West, Florida with its colorful characters, the Hemingway House with the six-toed cats, Mel Fischer’s treasure museum, and all the quaint, pastel, beachy homes with palm lined yards. Everyone gathers for sunset as street performers get started. Nice old Florida. 🌴🌊🛥️☀️🌴

Most of the time I fall back to sleep during the countdown, but have a better sleep with these longer ones with rain. I really like your videos, thank you for them. The only suggestion I would make is that the rain and waves are too loud at the end of the video. Because your voice is soft and soothing, the volume has to be set at a certain level so that I can hear the story. But the rain and waves, alone at the end, are too loud at that same volume for me to sleep. My computer is across the room and I don't use a remote, so I have to get up and turn it down or off. And then I am awakened. But the stories themselves and your voice are lovely.

What does it mean, to "hold" when going to sleep?
@CurlygirlrRye9 күн бұрын
Maybe do a story about being a child again. Feeling your mother or father stroke your head and hold you. Running off to play through the fields and getting lost in a field of flowers until it begins to rain and you find yourself hiding beneath a large tree that seems to be larger than life. Picking flowers for your mother and father when you finally get home and your journey until mother calls you home at dawn. Warm food on the table , a little dog waiting to greet you, and ending the story with a full belly and looking out at the rainy window to see the night sky and hear the distant thunder in the horizon. Hugging your childhood bear and counting all the faces you can make out of the ceiling. Then slowly dozing off to sleep
