As a worker from home, our productivity went up. Imagine giving people a great work-life balance that allows you to spend 8-10 hours a week more with family vs. commuting/getting ready. No wonder we were happier to work more and beyond core hours. We have just come to the conclusion that it is lobbying for us to funnel our salary into local businesses and make us so unhappy that we leave. The agencies get worse, and they can point a finger to say, "See, I told you they were inefficient." Yeah, because you d-bags constantly promote policies that hurt workers that are in an already struggling workforce for retention and recruitment. Furthermore, how tf are they always the champions of manliness but obsessed with what other men are doing in private? Constantly whining or critiquing LGBTQ folks while challenging heterosexual men to the point where they are focused on a naked man in a bubble bath... For the record, I don't give 2 effs about what people do at home if the work is getting done.

Okay, so soaking in a bubble bath relaxes my body, and therefore ease my arthritic pain. I would believe the same would apply to anyone else dealing with muscle- and joint issues, so why this shaming of it? It's only to sound more machismo from two of the least manly men on this planet. They're talking about small government, but now they have opinipns on peoples' baths? Also, studies have shown that working from home in many cases is more efficient and you actually get MORE done, not less.
