Love a kid who wears what I call, and have, a grandpa sweater. Plus he talks so normal and sweet I just really hope thru the years he achieve all goals he has for himself. He is so easy to like and wish well or, the same as some of us feel towards our grandkids

God bless this kid. For decades, I thought what this kid has was gone from our jaded climes. Keep going, Stephen (and, keep that wonderful humility, too!): Del Shannon, Buddy Holly, Gene Pitney...and YOU. Glad you're proud, mom :-) By the way, Tom, Bobby Goldsboro is still alive! He's just 82, which isn't especially old by today's standards.

Love the Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison shout out! I feel like it's rare to see young people still enjoying the oldies and taking inspiration from genres like rockabilly and the crooners/ballads. There's so many amazing voices from that time era and it makes me smile to see the music live on and continue to influence future generations beyond.

So, I thought that beginning piece of “Evangeline” was Bobby Goldsboro’s”Honey” although sad speaking of “Honey” He did other songs, and one that went to the movie 🍿 Summer of “42” the piano 🎹 in the low keys were so great! Seen the movie when I was 15 pretty sure,funny/sad but,anyway Bobby sang it so beautiful.💖And he was handsome and still lives?
