This was really tough to watch. Especially for me, having lived through this time (and surviving) it as well, when so many didn't. So many people lost and so many that don't even have a quilt. That it's been 40 years is mind boggling and still no cure. For some of us the loss is still an open wound. But these quilt collections in your country as well as ours are something that needs to be preserved and on display. It's all we have left of all these beautiful people. This was very moving, Stephen.

Beautiful quilts showing others how much these people were loved. I am so happy that we are at a time where HIV/AIDS is not always a death sentence, and it will a great day to celebrate when there is a cure. Thank you for the tour and for all you do for the HIV/AIDS campaign,. Without people like you this may be pushed to the back of everyone's mind and there would never be a cure. XOXO 🥰
