Bro, I've literally had that problem since the beginning, I've been drawing for half a year and I feel like I always rush into drawing without taking the time to process what I have in front of me, I think I should take it more calmly :D the Speedpaint has spoiled me into thinking that artists just jump on paper right away.

Tienes razón en no apresurar. La ansiedad por hacerlo nos lleva por mal camino. Tus consejos han mejorado mis dibujos. Ahora intento visualizar. Pensar en un ejercicio mas que en un resultado perfecto. Pero me distraigo muy fácilmente. ¿Conoces algún sistema para prestar atención y no caer en dibujar patrones y no apurarme por terminar? .

Perhaps you’re drawing for too long. A lot of concentration is needed to any task well. Try simpler scenes and smaller drawings. Might help you build up drawing concentration stamina. Then you can gradually increase. All the best with it. 😀
