This is very true. Trikafta is actually 3 drugs in combination, which is a pretty big deal. Girl, push through it. Even from like a logical standpoint your intestinal pain should get better. And think of it like this, no pain no gain. Purging all that shit out at that intensity just means its actually freaking working!
@anneatwoodlawn4 жыл бұрын
Reckless advice and 288 silly people give it a thumbs up. "No pain no gain" is just about the most dangerous thing you can say to a vulnerable, scared young woman with a disease that compromises her entire system. Go slow Stephi, reduce the dose if you need to , take a break if you need to. As someone who has been a guinea pig for trial meds - your vlog screams WRONG WRONG to me. And it should to your doctors. And pay no heed to the KZbin viewers - well meaning as they might be. You take care of you. You know that pain is your body saying No. You know this. We all know this. Or we should. Slow down. Reduce your dose. Take your time. You do not have to rescue yourself in one month. It took 23 years for you to get this ill - no medication is going to "purge" your body safely in a few weeks. Listen to your poor gut, reduce the dose, you can increase it again slowly when you feel able. All my love, kiss kiss Anne

I wondered if you would document this, I’m really impressed you were able to do this, it’s so helpful for others, you’re part of a group of pioneers. Without people like you willing to subject themselves to extreme discomfort drugs like this can’t be made or improved. You know this, and I remember a phrase I heard ages ago in nursing school “it’s to hurt if it’s to heal” and as a person born with CF you know more than the majority of the population that for every drug there’s a cost. Stephi, I don’t know what to say to make this feel better, this is uncharted territory and all I can say is I’m so so PROUD of you, and I hope this pays off for you 🙏🏻 Mucus, you hear me? Get the eff out, Stephi does NOT need any bowel obstruction. You’re tough, keep being tough, we want a success story, we want to see you thrive and the truth is it’s your life and your trajectory and if you feel terrible you have to do what you want. I think you are currently in the position of people on chemo who need it to live but feel like absolute garbage...it’s up to you to go inside yourself and determine what the best course is. Selfishly your fans (including me) will ask you to keep going and be grateful you’ve got hope BUT we aren’t in your shoes. You are a trailblazer and I can’t wait for the day you look back and say “that was a shitty time but it was worth it”. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Comfort magnesium is wonderful for constio, but also most of us are deficiency in almost all trace and major minerals. Collagen by healthrangerstore.com two kinds I just got 6 days ago and taking in morning with 2 tsps of vitamin c from there also ( this is after taking random organic collagen from Amazon for 5 months--- neck surgeon one year ago said I would be coming and begging in six months time for the surgery--- ( ( I also have 9 anchors bring my shoulder together and bicep muscle completely ripped from bone and tendon--- my Ortho said he has never seen one heal on its own ever and I would need surgery..the suture knots from the 12 inches he used on last surgery to tie up my rotator cuff has the top 3 knots exposed and cutting thru my skin from the inside out))--- so today I climbed 4 palms--- loaded fronds from 21 and mesquite branches( about close to ton weight) ran chainsaw on next job in pouring rain and did 13 pineapple palms( another 3/4 ton weight trimmed and loaded). And only took 3 pain pills ( usually took 6 per day--- just two weeks ago would have had to have taken 6!!) So definitely giving our body the correct building blocks is key and essential to it doing like ABBA created it to and heal, adjust, rebuild etc. All praise to Messiah for knowledge and direction back to basics ( also I cut out all processed foods 4 months ago and especially wheat since it all has Roundup in it and that was really messing me up while titanium anchors abrasion is creating metal blood poisoning as I work!!! So am always taking blood chelators of natural--- cilantro, spirulina, chlorella, nascent iodine, magnesium, sulfur, silica etc. So hoping this helps, I have client who I am taking the collagen and vitamin c to Friday to see if helps with his spine/ back pain since he is 62( I am 51 female) and he has injuries from rodeo life etc--- on pain meds also but like me and wants off ( i know I have to give up what I do--- 42 years acting and working like a man and we are not!!!! Never claimed to be equal and always grateful for Abba making men so strong and smart, I just love working outdoors( grew up in wilderness with native earthly Dad, hunting, fishing ,farming, logging, ) yet pressure of getting done for living purposes of money is not cool--- oh that's another lesson of the agenda against us who are free. Anyway Dr lidden, John Bergman, mercola etc are all great for review and knowledge. Above should help you tho for less than $60 and healthranferstore.com is China free and metal free and I can testify that it works major!! ARMOR UP EACH MORNING SINCERELY PRAY WITHOUT CEASING LET NO ONE DECEIVE YOU

I'm not sure why this showed up in my suggested, but I'm glad it did. Thank you for educating me! Shamefully I didnt really know much about CF other than it was a test they give to pregnant women. You did an amazing job of not only educating people that have no idea what people with CF go through but also it was so sweet of you to put a video out into the world of your experience with this med. that is very honest and detailed so anyone getting ready to start this med can have an idea of what it might be like for them. I commend you for not only doing that and so well edited but also the battle you go through daily just to get through the day. My hope for you is that after this things will get much easier for you and you can have the happy and healthy life that you deserve 💕

Contact Mary from The Frey Life, she was one of the first to go on the med, she was going on a transplant list at Duke, and then this med. Maybe you need a CF team like at Duke.
@mygirldarby4 жыл бұрын
She wasn't going on the transplant list and she wasn't one of the first to take it. She was checked out by Duke and told she would be a candidate when the time comes, which could be years from now. Her health was not bad enough to be put on a transplant list before she got on the drug. She also didn't get to take the drug until after it became widely available to all cf patients. She couldn't be in the research studies because of her liver disease.

the stomach pain makes me immideately feel like this drug needs a stomach protector.. at least in your case especially seeing as you did say the pain was so bad you didn't even want to pick up your camera though the mucus blocking your system does make sense.. ouch
