Kinda large update @ 7:38 PM, June 10 2018: I've gotten this file to play nice in HD themes. But, that's not the only thing I've done: - Simfile resync taken from the updated Flugel (Time to go update your cache) - Did some internal restructuring. - Forced player position. - Made better use of screen width. - music line on the lower half at 2:53 now slides in instead of popping into existence. - Koizumi now doesn't spawn in at 0,0.

How do you do this? Well, you press the key or step on the arrow when the arrow lines up with the gray arrow. I have no idea what you mean by "dance arrow tape payload". If that's your dance pad, then I'm not going to be of any help.
