Any "work around the system" that the stepmother uses won't be legal. Also, any money her dad left her would have to be turned over to her once she became a legal adult. I'm sorry, but this story just doesn't add up to what really happens in life. There are too many things that have to happen BEFORE a house can be sold, too many to list here. One phone call to the police would have made this whole story shorter. I'm just saying. And, when you know you own a house, you know many things have to happen before another person can buy it. OP's signature would have had to be verified. Too many holes in this story. I think it's fake. Just my opinion. And, yes, the voiceover is horrible. I can only listen to another once Mr. Reddito comes back.
