Put this module back in my case today, what a classic, forgot how easy it is to work with, sometimes simple is better.

Got this module yesterday, really happy with it :) i was thinking about getting another Metropolis (extremely fast to program, which i like, but also extremely limited). This one is perfect i think, extremely fast to program too, but at the same time you can build songs with it (not possible with the Metropolis). So, great work! Hope to see more modules from you.

Amazing. Just what I was looking for! And it's in stock. Can you program ties for sustained notes?
@TransistorSounds6 ай бұрын
Yes, just slide into a note of the same pitch.

What would be the best to keep the Stepper Acid in sync with a DAW?

The DAW's MIDI clock out -> MIDI clock to DIN Sync -> Stepper Acid at 24 PPQN

Are patterns stored after power off? Can you save songs too? And is there any way to transpose a pattern by more than 1 semitone at a time? Awesome sequencer! Cheers
@TransistorSoundsLabs8 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thank you, I'm glad you like it. All 40 patterns and 1 song are stored after power off, yes. You can only transpose a pattern one semitone per button press. You can transpose it as many semitones as you like, if you keep pressing the button, but if it's playing at the time, you will hear some out-of-key notes briefly. You can also transpose one pattern while playing a different pattern, which would be more seamless. Hope that helps!

Okayyyyy came from to understand,it’s only a sequencer.im sorry,so its morte logic to me now !lol,can you tell me witch acid module you use for thé video ?the acidlab m303?thanks.
@TransistorSounds6 жыл бұрын
Yes, exactly, it's just the sequencer. As you say, that's the modular approach. :) Bear in mind this was four years ago... Nina and I believe it was a custom patch we made using bread-and-butter Doepfer modules (regular oscillator, filter, VCA). I also use an M303, and Nina uses some x0x Hearts. All are good!

Hi Nice module but why no cv entry ??????To have the hardware synth its the same?modular its for modulate it !!!?and if you cant modulate vcf or octave from an lfo or env its realy sucks.it sas the n’est modular unit to me dit but when i ve seen,no XV entry pffff really allostérique a good module.

« It was the best acid module to me,but when i’ve seen no cv input pfff almost !!!!
@TransistorSounds6 жыл бұрын
Hi! Stepper Acid is just a sequencer, it doesn't have a filter. So you can control the separate filter module with an LFO or anything else.

Zoë Blade yes i came from to undersood my error sow its à gréât module,realy Nice bécasse every acid lover now what make the good acid sound !!!the séquenceur and the filter.sow really Nice module,you should think about à new version,like the original one but with more cv entry and modulation possibility,a full module with osc,filter,and this séquenceur !!!!if you do that you’l gonna have the best acid module for eurorack lovers !!!!thanks and have good times !!!!
