Claire, Faye, H, Lisa and Lee are personable and people relate to them. I think Steps has made a connection with us (their fans) on a level that when we go to their concerts it's like visiting a good friend and have a good time.

I don't think that's a good idea - what happened to Scooch after they appeared in 2007? No further music and two of them popped up in the TV show Coach Trip for a few days!
