Tragedy is my all time favourite Steps song, I grew up listening to Steps as well as S Club 7 who are another all-time favourite pop group of mine and interestingly were both from the same era during the late 90s and early 2000s, The Glory Days of Pop Music they were. I’ve seen Steps and S Club 7 live twice during their subsequent reunion tours in the recent years and to me they’re both awesome influential Pop Groups of their time like they were in their heyday.

I love Steps for being their American fan for 15 years in a row now since I was 15 years old and in the 8th grade in middle school for when I first bought the USA version of the Step One CD because this song was on it and I fell in love with them along with BSB and 'N Sync. Best pop music ever from my teenage years!

The song was actually written by the British brother group The Bee Gees who also recorded and sang the original version of this song. But I'd rather prefer this version because it sounds better!

I remember watching the music video when I was younger and for some reason that I cannot explain, my dad told me those 2 guys ‘saving’ the women from the weddings were Batman and robin. It was strange but it meant I would never forget this song for my entire life
