my favorite soup is stinging nettle soup. dude it's insane. it turns out stinging nettle is one of the tastiest and most crazy nutritious vegetables that exists and you can just go to any roadside and forage entire shopping bags of it for free and people don't even know because "it sting therefore it a pest". it's like if premium organic nutty spinach grew everywhere and people didn't even bother to pick it up. you just put on kitchen rubber gloves and get that shit and steam and grind it and make an AMAZING creamy soup that just tastes so expensive and gourmet
