What made you have gravel from sand if you don't mind me asking. As I always had smooth gravel for 10yrs in all my tanks & thought I would change, do you find them better in gravel.

@peridot-20 ya know I started with black and white sand in my 15g. It was supposed to be all black. I had never kept a tank before, so I was sucking up so much sand when I gravel vec'd. I never learned the right way to do it, so I just capped it with black polished gravel. Then when I started the 55g I thought I would never want any live plants, and the panda corys were doing fine on the gravel, so I went with gravel on the 55g. I definitely would have sand of I had to do it over, or river pebbles. Or even soil maybe one day.

@@FishRfun The reason I asked is because mine breed but have slowed down in the rate of egg laying but that could be the Angels following them for the egg's. I watched an excellent documentary on Cory's by a specialist in their reference & he said Cory's breed better on dark bases. I'll say goodnight night & been lovely chatting... Night 🤗

There's one thing with your sterbai you can tell the male from female, all my nature ones are as big as one another 😂 plus I have 3 new in the tank at breeding age.
