Sir , the question u r solving from dec 2016 net exam , the OH grp should be above the plane in the place of ketone grp becoz in the EVANS SAKSENA REDUCTION as u teach in this video should be above the plane and in question the reagent on the arrow is the reagent used in EVANS SAKSENA reduction i.e. Me4NHB(oAc)3. pls clear the dout
