I really like the UK bell one, brings back memories from when I was at Manchester about to fly 747 for the first time, just waiting to hear them call out "Virgin Atlantic to Orlando". Suprised I didnt hear it when I changed planes in Oslo or Barcelona despite being there for several hours. Swedish one is also nostalgic. The one used by Greece, Denmark and Egypt is also featured used on some german cruise ships from the 90s such as Norwegian Dawn and Silja Europa.

Yes. You are right! I live in Brisbane and when I flew internationally, the aviavox chime was so nostalgic. Also in BNE (Brisbane Airport), the use the Australian accent, whilst in MEL (Melbourne Airport) they use the British accent. I don’t know about Sydney’s but personally I prefer the British one even though I’m an Aussie :).

Some airports in Indonesia use the Japanese chime too (although not many). I guess Indonesian airports used to have European Aviavox chime as in 0:01, but somehow they changed it in the late 2000s.

I think many of them are relatively old. For example the one used in Israel also was used in Düsseldorf but has gotten replaced. The one used in Finland/Germany/Estonia at least isn‘t used everywhere there.
