You can't highlight one electron and use a "normal" arrow for the electron pushing, Sal! Must use "fish hooks" for single electron transfers! But we know you're meaning to highlight the lone pair on the oxygen, where the "normal" arrows are appropriate. Good video overall!

It is incorrect to call the hydroxide group a nucleophile b/c by definition a nucleophile donates a pair of electrons. In your examples you are creating radicals, and should be using fish hooks arrows.
