Great potential. Even with this recording you can hear some of the really great tones these players have. They need a lot of guidance on ensemble playing. Agreement on articulation is important. Working with a recording would benefit the group. memorization would be huge for this group. The more you memorize, the better you guys will be. So work on a piece and memorize it and then try it. You can have the music in front of you for reference, but memorize them.
