I've been running these DSP's for a while. There's also the Prv versions, same exact thing. You're going to love it, very customizable and you can dial it EXACTLY how you want it. So much to say about it really. I'm very happy with mine, I run this exact model. You can tweak the mids and highs however you like, making a full active front stage super easy. Be careful with tweeter crossover points. I'll just say cross them high if you want power handling. I've found out the hard way. So configurable and easy to use really. You can even set a limiter, with fine adjustment, so if you go ham fisting the volume knob when your demoing hard, you don't blow shit up. 😂

A DSP is a must to force a fully flat signal that everyone is looking for. Boosting the signal will only increase distortion & no one wants to increase distortion & lower there maximum output.

I have debating between the stetsom, prv, taramps and expert electronics dsp's they are all super cheap dsp's but I think I might go with the extremes version it seems to have the most features and the only one that has Bluetooth connection and an app to use. Just got a dsp from deaf bonce, gonna use it to crossower mids, and hights, and the L7's in the trunk. They say that a active crossover is more effective then a passive one, and i think they are true. And ofcourse be able to exactly correct the speakers working hz, according to their data, not a generic passive crossover curve, thats gonna be nice :)
