I just rediscovered this cover after a few years. I’ve always had trouble covering this because Steve has so much subtlety to his playing, and he also manages to keep the drums relatively calm even when the energy of the song is rising. It lets the vocals really shine and be the star of the show. I always get carried away and start overplaying or adding fills haha Great job with this one, you really nailed the essence of the original.

Great cover, great album. A bit of embellishments from what I can hear...I don't hear cymbal swells on the CD I have, and the initial two tom hits are only 1 strike the recording, the final floor tom hit before the ending crashes I can't hear on the CD, etc...small things like that; did you base your cover off a live version, or you just wanted to add a few touches? (they were great touches, just wondering)
