Steve & Bucky | Hallelujah

With the release of the the Captain America: Civil War trailer, I thought it time to come out with a new, suitably tragic video of Bucky and Steve. I've always loved Jeff Buckley's cover of "Hallelujah" and I thought it an apt fit for our favorite, star-crossed, men-out-of-time. It's not a happy celebration of love, rosy or blessed by any means, but it's a 'fear-of-god' inspiring thing Bucky and Steve have. To be praised or perhaps lamented.
I'm going a bit crazy waiting for Civil War and I'm sure I'm not the only one, so in the mean time...enjoy!

I remember I did smile a little the first time I saw it. But not the second because I understood the timeline. I don't know what the actor is doing or what he was told....Seb could be playing Bucky with PTSD, but I have a sneaky suspicion that the writers at least told him where his character was going IF they made another Cap movie. I don't see the scene in the exact same way. I know Peggy is flirting with Steve. That's okay. But something is already different with Bucky here and only Bucky and Hydra know it. "I'm invisible..." Natasha said the Winter Soldier was like a ghost. "I'm turning into you." Yes, a super soldier. "That's a horrible dream." It will be. I'm so sad. The scene makes me sad.

@@KS-di4df okay so I was being offensive with my wording. I'm sorry. It's not EVIL in the sense of the word. It just doesn't make sense, events in both history and the movies proves this. Steve and Bucky lived and were raised from 1917 to 1945 and in that era homosexuality was punishable by time in jail. I am not saying that's good I'm just pointing out a fact. They were both raised with the mindset of "Being gay is evil and unnatural". Also, watch the bar scene in Capitan America The First Avenger, specifically watch Bucky's eyes when Peggy walks in. Yeah, I think it's pretty clear what he's thinking about. I've given the "All the reasons why Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes are not gay" many times, but these are only two of the many reasons. Also I be shipping Widow Soldier/Bucky Nat!
