This guide was super clutch! Was able to land my first one in about 2 hrs. Now I'm about 50/50 on them. The flicker ws1 d,db,b input works best for me for sure.

@@jawnjawnson525 what part? Df2 duck cancel to gatling punch? You just need to input the gatling punch a little bit faster. It will surely feel off timing, but it will land. Just need to do it faster, my tip is, when steve is doing df2, there's always this animation effect on hit, he will duck to the lowest point of that effect, then do the next duck to gatling. Hope this helps man.

I'm having a lot of trouble hitting the ws1. The qcb1 method isn't working at all for me so I've been trying the regular flk cancel ws1 but I either get a dick jab or it's too late to pick up just as they hit the ground.

Stick with the qcb1. Try doing it later than you'd expect. Try doing b+3+4 qcb1 continuously outside of the combo

that's not a Back 1. it's FLK1. You just have to memorize it's range and polish your manual flicker input basically.

If you're talking about the b1 ender, it's fairly simple actually. Just run up close enough, do b1 flkr 1b alb 2. Note that I don't think so if it's doable in this particular combo though.

My problem is after the machine gun punches, despite pressing b, 3+4 immediately for flicker stance, I have tried literally a thousand times and it doesn't take the flicker stance after the machine gun punches, I left b pressed, I pressed it fast, I pressed the flicker different times faster and it doesn't work, I don't stop trying though, any tip on this? thanks a lot in advance.

@@danielrodriguez2209 its a setting in practice mode which highlights the characters in blue so you know exactly when you can press buttons again. in case you haven't figured it out after 4 months xd

Sorry for late comment.. What's worked for me is after 2nd dck cancel hold B and input 1+2 twice.. Then while holding B look for Steve face to get vertically aligned. Post that do iws1.. May be confusing but that's is how I got it to work 1st time

When you do flkr jabs, keep holding back input, this will keep Steve in flkr after he finishes his jabs improving the recovery, then press 3+4 and 2. I just hold back for the entire duration

Easily my fav char in the game but i can never get the flicker cancel while standing 1 to connect, i can do all parts of the combo on their own but i can not for the life of me connect the pick up even in training mode but i can not justify playing steve cos i cant do shiro :/

You can just do FC 2 for now while you work at shirou combo. Trust me, it's worth it in the end, not the damage, the rewards maybe unfair, but the satisfaction is unbeatable. You can proudly call yourself a STEVE main. #GuvGang

@@foreveruseless1292 Yeah i keep at it i feel like i improve and i will eventually get it, if someone had some " mental pointers" on the timing of the wr 1 i think it would help massively, my own personal mental notes of shiro is df 2,3 is almost like a piano input followed with a " delayed" duck, and then as you register the hit you do the second duck into piano style 3,1+2,1+2 ( i do gatling with 1+2 bind). I just need the timing of the wr 1 pick up, sorry for wall of text :)

@@Themeaningyixan I feel like the biggest thing that helped me with the ws1 timing was counting an extra beat in my head, if you input the flk ws1 too soon after the dck1+2,1 Steve either gets a dickjab or flk1 The gap it takes you between CH confirm df2 into duck cancel, then to duck1+2,1 should be the same time between duck1+2,1 and flkws1 if that makes sense. Try doing a uf2 into flk ws1, the timing is similar

@@gregoryglich Thanks buddy i tried the UF 2 into flk ws1 and i get that consistently there is a slight delay there, so maybe i am rushing then flk ws 1 after the gatling ? visually it looks like it would drop if i delay it. imma keep trying :) !!

Try duck cancel after the screw and that should help it recover faster. You should be able to do that Ender a bit easier now

That one took me some time to learn, what I tend to do and what works for me is to extend my dash in and then do a fast ws4 instead of a very delayed wave dash into ws4
