Before coming here in Montreal and making fun of french speaking Canadian and French soldier during WWII You should do your homework. Were are not French we are French Canadian left without contact with France for 300 years and please don't make jokes about the hesitations of the french army facing the Germans because thousands of volunteers from Quebec died over there to free Europe and let me tell you mister comedian, there were not loosing their time to talk about it, they were first in line for the battle .Maybe you would like to talk about South Africa involvement in the war effort. You had a couple of good pilots in the RAF, grafted but we had a lot more. Please remind me of which shore of Normandy south Africa seize from the Germans on D-Day ...none, well next time you travel somewhere around the world to make money with your poor comedy do yourself a favor and read some history books . French Canadians are among the modest people on the planet and we are always able to laugh at our misgivings but don't take us for fools. Some Germans did just that but they did't last long enough to see the end of the war.
