well yeah that’s the thing tho the ropes they are using are vary small one those ones like that are the ones we have our 8th graders uses bc they are for smaller kids the one me and the other upper class men use are bout 50 or 60 pounds

Totally impressed with Steve Harvey doing all of that - and in a suit and dress shoes! Battle rope definitely works up a sweat! I kept thinking he'd take off his jacket; he's going to be warm the rest of his show! It kicks my butt, but I like Battle rope!

If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

The battle ropes are fantastic.. and a great way to tone and tighten.. my trainer has had me do the the kneeling and standing up no joke but very effective.. with the right diet with any workout program you can define you body both men and women

when we do battle ropes we do it in pairs so one person does 60 reps while the other planks until the person completes 60 reps. U know what happens when your partner does it really slowly...
