Wonderful interview!! Very enjoyable. Steve obviously respects you greatly Phil, and it's well deserved. You are a total pro and a true music lover. Steve is such a lovely interview subject. So knowledgeable and always thoughtful. I loved the story he told when he asked Jon Davison if the band would be allowed to add Circle of Time to the album. Always humble. God bless you Steve!!

Great episode Phil. What a thrill it must have been for you to talk music and guitars with Steve Howe. I met him once. In Ottawa Canada. Of coarse my conversation was quick, about the re-imaginations of Yes tunes with his son on drums and his good friend on organ. ( Great album )

Yes have always been a very special band to me, the epitome of PROGRESSIVE rock from my first hearing of Fragile in 1971 onward and many, many times live… still the BEST live band I’ve ever seen to this day. Some guitarists are gifted acoustic players and some are gifted electric players, Steve Howe is to me unique in being both. I admit my love of Yes lies more in the Jon Anderson/Chris Squire era but nevertheless I can’t deny Steve has still got “it”! Thanks for organising this interview Phil… maybe a Jon Anderson chat some time? 👉☺️

Steve has to bring the band to WNY. Hasn't played Buffalo or Rochester in last few tours. Jon and the Geeks are playing three shows in the area. I enjoy both shows but Yes hasn't been playing in my part of the world. They used to hit here on every tour.
