He's fascinating because all he does is tell the truth, with a few humorous asides, and everyone agrees with him, but their only response is to laugh and forget about it. The fact that he's showcased in this format goes to show how little the establishment has to fear from him. He tells people to pull their heads out of their asses and they applaud, each thinking he means the guy next to them, and nothing comes of it. It's the strangest act in comedy.
