IN THE SECOND PART: It literally breaks my heart to see her and hear what she's had to do to try making it. I'm a former H user for almost 15 years. This woman had me scared how insane she was about this man, and she couldn't live without him etc etc.. I'm not sure how in the world though you just assume she's on heroin? I think theres a much better chance it was Meth! I've never done meth, but I have seen what it does. I know when I was addicted to H it never made me crazy or delusional. Just saying! Steve was making the comparison that she was acting like an addict by needing her fix of "this guy" and used heroin as the example. Maybe that confused you.

Sometimes it's not as simple as it may be for other people. I fell hard for a guy I met 6 years ago. We met up had sex then he flipped out on me blocked me. I was extremely depressed because my epilepsy returned this past year that I actually looked him up thinking if I talked to him again I'd feel a little happier (even knowing he is a narcissist). The first 2 or 3 months were fine but then he started to put me down every single week for months and I would get more depressed to the point I honestly got to the point of suicide attempts between him and the seizures. But then about 2 months ago I found out that he is married and had been married 2 years prior to us meeting the first time so for 8 years total(He told me he was single back then I had no reason to distrust him). And I was the one that found out about his wife. And that was what broke the camel's back for me to finally get the confidence to get rid of him for good. I told his wife that me and him had slept together once and that we have been doing stuff on video call the last few months but I had no idea at that time that he was married or even seeing anyone. I told her I truly apologize for it and that she could have him. Then when she told him after I showed her the proof of our conversations he tried to place all the blame on me still and told me "Fuck you" and I said "you didn't tell me you were married the last 8 fucking years, So no not fuck me FUCK YOU!" and I blocked him. But point being I was so blinded by him I was willing to go to the end of the world for him I would have done anything for him. But besides already knowing he was a narcissist I then in turn found out he's also a lying cheating scumbag. If I hadn't found out about his wife I will admit I'd probably still be dealing with him today allowing him to put me down because of how much I felt for him. But I am better now that he is gone I no longer feel suicidal or depressed and I can now officially say that I am 100% over his ass. 👍Sometimes it takes something extreme to get you to finally open your eyes and fully believe this person is no good for you. And sometimes it takes a long time to fully get over that person and to move on and recover from all that has happened. For some people it's easy to move on. But others it takes time. Not everyone is the same. That's all I have to say about this.

I had a one night stand and had a positive pregnancy test after 10 days. The line was so faint, so I went to the doctor. I didn’t tell the father for a year, out of fear, but he did a DNA test and accepted the financial responsibility. He’s never been in her life consistently and she’s now 19. I’ve been married to her step dad since she was 4 and she has a younger sister. Her biological dad just had a baby girl with his wife, and they stay in touch through Skype as he lives interstate and Covid is still going strong. If both sides can ignore their emotional ties and concentrate on being the best parents, things can work out well. I wouldn’t recommend lying about pregnancies to keep somebody interested or feeling obliged to be attentive. Everyone just loses in the end. Don’t damage your reputation because of emotional or behavioural issues. There’s help out there if you want a more productive life. 😊

I have a half sister that said a guy raped her. Come to find out she slept with him but never told him no or that she didn’t want to do it. She was 17 and it was her first time. One of our other sisters told her it was rape because she didn’t want to do it. This boy and his family was harassing her coming to her house and all types of stuff. She came to visit me and my other sister and her story wasn’t sounding right. We finally sat her down and forced her to tell us a story that made sense because her and my dad pressed charges on the guy. She even had a rape kit done. I didn’t think anyone but my dad and sister believed she was actually raped. They was scared to ask her to many questions because all she did was cry. So come to find out she slept with him and regretted it. We had to tell her you can’t willingly sleep with someone and then say they raped you because you wish you hadn’t done it. The boy had got kicked out of college and people was calling him a rapist. Me and my other sister ended up calling the detective and told him what happened and to leave that boy alone. We even called the college to correct the story so that boy could clear his name.

Addiction effects everyone similarly but, some harder than others. It seems to me that she has been hurt in her past and she's using. She's filling a void with the drugs and trying get someone to love her. I believe that's her problem. She needs loved. I don't think that's embarrassing at all. It's sad. For a man or a woman. In both stories the women needed to learn their self worth. If any gender doesn't know that, they'll settle for anything or become desperate. Add drugs to that and it looks like this. It's heartbreaking. I've been in those shoes and they're hard to walk in.

I have cousin who was crazy desperate to get married when was younger that she ran a couple good guys off and settled for someone she hardly knew. He turned out to be a lazy no good piece of shit.
