Take nothing away from pep, he is an incredible guy. However on this topic particularly I think it is far more than it meets the eye. Excellent analyst, we have been singing this song for the longest time and you come up against stupid like junior Kanye and Dump friends rubbishing chiefs for setting up strategies that will last long after the coach has gone .coach cannot have full control of the technical team and when he leaves the team has to restructure and rehire that cant be sustainable both financially and otherwise.
