Gosh this brings me back to my little 12 year old self discovering Patch on DOOL. Holy crap I think he turned me onto the bad boys. I would record Days everyday and watch as soon as I got home from school. Back then this was the only soap that showed coming attractions for next day and if it showed it was going to be something hot between him and Kayla I would pretend to be sick and stay home from school to watch. I was so in love with him! I bought The Lady In Red record and would play it over and over and over again in my room. My mom all these years later would say remember you with that song? 😂. Love these old Steve and Kayla videos!! They were to me the GOAT for soap opera couples. Thanks for a great video and the memories they provoked.❤❤❤

This vid, I believe is so relatable to alot of us, sadly enough...I. wish their was no child abuse in this world...it really does hurt us in so many more ways than people realize......Steve Nichols played this part Brilliantly, with heart, soul, and dignity, which is why he's my favorite actor, Ever... Heartbreaking and beautiful when Steve realizes as did I come to realize that I was worthy of love and so much more💜💜💜💕💕💕 Beautiful song choice for this💛💛💛

Days was such a imaginative show back then. Stephen Nichols played the character of Steven Earl Johnson with such quiet grace and smoldering passion. I miss these Days of 'ol. This video is so tragic, but so real. Thanks!

I just found you video while browsing....you are very talented and insightful. I have never seen S&K story approached from this point of view. I have worked with many children from abusive background and you have done a wonderful job of putting the core of Steve's character to music.
