So if you want to put it on other TV"s in the home, say one outside in bar area and one in lounge room .. does the log in just integrate into one account? Was just thinking about the rules with Kayo where you may have the subscription to one device only. Sorry if stupid question.

There is no Foxtel app on the hubbl box - the Foxtel channels you speak of are available if you subscribe to Binge/kayo/flash etc

Can you check if you put a free to air show on watchlist, can you fast forward the adverts on play back later? I suspect not which means I will have to continue to use my Fetch box. Sorry you answered this during your video. I thought you wouldn't be able to.

Hi - you will not be able to fast-forward the ads for any shows you watch through the catch-up services (this is the same experience using their apps on any platform for the commercial TV catch-up apps). All good - thanks for watching!

One issue I found is you cannot have netflix with extra members on the hubbl account. If you migrate your account the extra members will lose access

So are you talking about profiles? Can you still log in to the same account on another device?

Yes, this is currently an issue if you migrate your account to Hubbl (for the stacking discount, understandably). You don't have to however - you can simply log into it with your Netflix details and keep the extra members benefit (i.e. don't migrate your account to Hubbl).

If I understand you - yes to both? If you have an account external you can log it into Hubbl (I did) and it's simply another device. Or, if you sign up or migrate, you can use that account on other devices outside Hubbl. The issue with the extra members feature is one that Hubbl are aware of (if you have it and migrate in it doesn't continue).

I think its the start of Foxtel moving to total internet delivery. & I'd suggest if you can do the aerial connection do it. I suspect the battle in the future will be Fetch might & mini v's Foxtel iq5 & Hubbl Hubbl Glass & Smart TV. This is Foxtel keeping leakage to other device. I think it may work.

I have not been paid by Foxtel for my review, no. I would make it clear that I had been if that was the case. This review is my view based on my (very limited) use/experience after setup on the first day I received the unit for review purposes.

I think that password craziness via the clunky keyboard will kill many. Shame they don’t allow the authentication to be carried via the central Hubbl Account.

I understand in part why it is - and I suspect it is only for the accounts you keep "outside" the Hubbl landscape (i.e. if you sign in/migrate the accounts into Hubbl that's not a problem).

Doesn't look good for the channel surfer. It seems to take 4 to 5 seconds to load each channel! Even the old Foxtel Now box looked faster than this!

It's not needed. Virtually all audio devices these days have eARC which can transfer far more data efficiently for the likes of Dolby Atmos, which for 99% of people is all they need. Also if you want optical, most TVs still have it, so you can get the signal from there.

*** Hubbl does not allow increased playback speed on KZbin app. It does not have smart functionality (like jumping to highlight moments in a sports replay on KAYO ) My old Telstra TV did this, the Hubble does not.... The remote control is the slipperiest remote know to mankind - If I had my time again I would have bought something else.

I think it delivered better than I expected ( still think there are things they should of could have delivered) Though I'm fully in to Fetch & my Nividia Shield ( was expensive to start)

@@WellFedProductions I use the Fetch Mighty to record FTA & FAST channels & the Nividia to watch the streaming. I've had the Fetch box for 10 years & the Nividia for 7 years What I want is a box with an aerial conection, large capacity PVR & streaming capacity.
