I was a big Jancy fan until S4. In S1 Steve was an idiot. But he had such a great character development. I really like Steve, very much. The Jancy romance in S4 was non-existent and I don't like what has become of Jonathan, though Argyle is a fun character. Steve and Nancy have so much chemistry in S4. ❤️ I'm worried sick that Steve will die, honestly if he does, I'm forever done with Stranger Things. Max, Steve and Nancy are my favorite characters on the show. I don't want them to die. And it's so cute that even Robin and Eddie ship Stancy. Honestly I would be so happy if they get together again. They have also shared trauma. Your video is really great, love the edit and the music. Sorry for ranting...

Same, honey,same. That's literally the same comment I was gonna post. Steve is one of the best characters in stranger things and he obviously has the power to turn someone's opinion on him based on his character development especially in the last two or so seasons. I love Eddie but I want Steve to live more than Eddie. The thing between Steve and Nancy is not only love. There's something else entirely which makes me think that both of them are gonna survive till the end. Stranger things won't be Stanger things without them

I love Jonathan, I loved them together last season.. But I think that Nancy belongs with Steve, I only came to this conclusion from how season 4 has been. They look in love. 💌 I just hope that Nancy gets a happy ending with either one of them, she deserves it. 👏🏻 There's potential to kill off Nance but I hope to god they don't, plus she's too smart for Vecna. I also don't think the show will ever kill off Steve because he's a fan favorite. Some people assume Steve will die, but what if it's Jonathan?

My prediction is that Nancy is going to die saving Steve, now let me explain my logic. So this season they have obviously been bringing back Steve and Nancy’s chemistry, which many people assume is because they are trying to make an upcoming death more dramatic and emotional. Most people think it’s Steve that’s going to die, but it’s Stranger Things, they’re not that predictable. They aren’t going to show clips of Steve looking like he’s going to die in the trailer of a season where Steve actually does die. Like with the 001/Vecna twist, no one saw that coming, and it was for sure not hinted at in the trailer. Steve is in danger though, as we know from the demobat bites, which could connect him to the upside down, but he is not going to die from this, this is going to be what Nancy tries to save him from. Here’s why they would give a heroic death scene to Nancy: Every season they bring up Barb’s death somehow, even though she was barely in the show and had little substance as a character. This is because of the guilt that Nancy feels for thinking she caused the death of a friend. Most recently, when Nancy becomes possessed by Vecna right at the end of episode 7, she has visions of Barb again and is confronted by Vecna about how she caused the death. I just know that the writers are going to give her a redemption arc, and when she sees Steve in danger with the upside down, she is not going to sit back this time, she is going to save him. We already saw how she’d do anything for him, since she jumped in the water when Steve was sucked into the gate. Now Nancy and Steve’s entire story lines are going to come together in a dramatic death scene where, right when the audience thinks that Steve is going to die in the upside down, Nancy comes in and saves his life by sacrificing hers. And then, when everyone is waiting anxiously on the other side, Steve has to come back bringing Nancy’s body and everyone cries and hugs each other, because it is finally over, but at the loss of someone very special.

I don´t want to break it or anything but Steve is just a perfect choice for "main character" death. He is kind of alone in the world, he isn´t part of the four kids, he isn´t dating anyone, he does not belong to any known family and yet he is deeply connected to everyone. Fans love him and that is why I think that if they want some emotional death scene at the end of the series, it is possible that they have him in mind. The rebirth of Stancy makes it less probable I guess or they want to intensify it even more.

Completely agree. For me, this whole Stancy renewal thing is suspicious as hell at this point. I can't believe the writers spent 3 seasons on Jancy just to bring Stancy back. It's either going to be Steve or Will for the main character death scenario (imo). Edit: duffer brothers chickened out.
