I just got back from a roadtrip through parts of Scandinavia a few days ago and I absolutely loved it. The country is so beautiful! We drove from the Nordkapp to Oslo and stayed at the most incredible places. I absolitely recommend people to go visit Norway (and Sweden too!). I was amazed everyday.

its only london underground that has electric on the ground, tfl rail and smaller national rail have overhead cables whilst larger national rail trains are diesel. that being said many other countries have overhead cables on the ground the madrid metro is an example.

In Australia our trains have the electrics on the ground where the tracks are but then we have trams which are like a mix of trains and buses and they have the electrics up the top.

Oslo has the best Airport I've been to , i had a layover of 8 hours or so , there was a lounge area with several comfy seats with plugs and the internet is free for as long as you are there which was amazing :D
