There are in fact conditions that must be checked out to be in Super Smash Bros 1 they can't be in a TV show or movie so no Shrek or Goku second I'm pretty sure that if they are a assist trophy or mii costumes and I'm pretty sure they won't get in either so Waluigi will never get into smash and there's probably some other rules rules that I can't remember but you can tell him to me in the comments
