Very glad a documentary was made for this great album, always enjoy listening to it! Just recently listened to it again and like always blown away by all the catchy and soulful tunes! Also glad to have seen Steve reuniting with his longtime friend and Blind faith member on "Dirty city" Eric clapton! Steve will always be a force in the music world and among my top 4 favorite singers!

Love him. Saw him live at southsea pler. Whenhe was in traffic wwith dave mason who was a bit less talented than stevie. Wonderful days. Incidently he was high as a kite. What. A gig family and spooky tooth were on the bill. It was so wonderful

Is there an interview where he talks about religion or spirituality? So many of the songs have those themes but I don't hear any discussion. Which there's nothing wrong with that, just have some curiosity.

Hi, Brian here, just hit on this video by accident, what a stroke of luck ! Like a lot of people i've been listening to Steve Winwood since the 60's and the longer he carries on the better he gets! He's in the same league as Paul simon and Bob Dylan as a composer, and just seems like a really nice guy as well, I love this guy and everything he does never disappoints !

I wonder if people realize that Mister Winwood was the boy who dethroned The Beatles’s Day Tripper from number one when he was 17, the man Eric Clapton had to “keep up with” live on stage when he played the electric guitar, probably the greatest soul singer Britain has ever spawned.. and one of the most prolific and greatest songwriter of his generation.. besides being an humble and kind human being..

always impressive, the way Mr Winwood is a combiner and integrator, explorer, expanding, creating new spaces and sounds, but never ever sounding immitative of anyone else. original sounds with traditional and known elements. very nice.

You can't get any better than shining genius of music combined with wisdom and a humble personality. That is Steve Winwood, and very few artists like him are walking on earth among us. Painfully few.

Such a man of humility and soul. Blind Faith only did one American tour and fortunately I saw them in Santa Barbara. He's the greatest allrounder from his era. Like Jeff Beck he stays inspired. Even today 2022 he did a version of 'Low Spark of the High Heeled Boys' and it is richer than ever. Nice work Beads. Thank you.

He knows he is the man inside, it’s just not his style to put it all out there with a flamboyant inflated ego. Which I respect more of a person. Besides i find it more fun to follow and listen to his tunes and always discover more of an artist that isn’t totally over rated

When he was with Spencer Davis Group I thought he was just a skinny kid with a squeaky voice playing the keyboard. Excuse me, Steve but I too was a skinny kid who could almost play the guitar and wished he could sing like that! I’ve been learning from you ever since and really appreciate all you do musically. Music is art and art is music and so it should be……🍻

You know there are folks we feel a kinship we feel for certain people. I would imagine those who get a glimpse of Steve Winwood and say "I don't care for him" could ostensibly be those who have an empty soul. How could you not want to be in proximity to such a fine human? I would love to take the man sailing and hear his stories. To those of you have stumbled on this video, go and buy the EC/SW Madison Square Garden concert. Thirteen bucks on Itunes and worth EVERY PENNY.

Brilliant artist - but he must have really worked so hard to get rid of his Brummie accent being from Handsworth, which is an inner-city area of Birmingham. (Was he maybe ashamed of it?)
