Don't worry. In our world, Steve used the time stone NOT quantum travel (which would create alternate timelines) to go to the main timeline and thus, he has always been married to Peggy. Just some facts to support this: 1. The writers of Endgame who are responsible for the Cap Series and Agent Carter said so and I'm inclined to believe them more than the directors who interpret the script visually but it's the writers who design the mechanics and motivations of the characters. 2. Chris Evans interpreted it as using the time stone to go back to Peggy based on his statement "spoiler" from a conference in Shanghai.
