On the other hand those of us who see every game his played, see the areas where he is consistently enough, bad at, like getting the ball out quicker, not hitting the backs out of the backfield, in stride, and the same for short crossing patterns, also overthrowing wide open receivers on deep routes, and finally not playing his best in the playoffs. He is certainly no where near as bad as some say he his, but he still has significant improvements he must make, if he will keep his promise to get us a Superbowl. He did say get and not win one. He didn't say 'Superbowl Trophy'. If he gets us to another Superbowl, I'd say he puts himself in an elite class of QB's

As a chiefs fan, the only QB of Mahomes generation that has any accolades besides him is Lamar. So I'll never understand the Lamar slander.
