Check out this 24 Hour Combat Ration of Chile. It has 4 main courses, fantastic sides, and what have to be some of the most efficient Flameless Ration Heaters (FRH) ever included in a ration.
I found this one to be highly enjoyable, and very convenient to prepare.
Huge thanks to MREmountain for giving me such a great deal on this ration. Check out his Ration Shop (his own website and also on Ebay) here:

I'm Chilean, and we are used to eat apricots with white cream, but I personally I would never eat the apricot syrup with granola cereal, sounds crazy to me xD my grandma also put a lot of oil in the pasta sauce while she is cooking it, we also eat a lot of pasta with soup like "porotos con riendas" which is a famous Chilean recipe with a lot of pumpkin, im glad that you make this video! thanks for sharing

@@archstanton3931 pumpkin grows just fine. Then again, Chile has all kinds of climates other than tropical (not counting easter island). The most popular kind of pumpkin there, is a chilean variety called "zapallo", that foreigners find fascinating because its gigantic and gray, while still tasting very sweet and creamy. They saw them into pieces at the farmers market and sell it like that.

No clue if a company already does this, but it would be really cool to make MRE style packages with food from worldwide cultures specifically geared for in-store purchase, not just American MRE remakes, cause there's a lot of those already. Reason why I say this, is because a lot of these MRE reviews have such differentiating food meals that I, personally, would love to try, in convenient packaging. And from there this company could easily make to-go versions of this product line for camping or hiking so some of the original MRE functionality is kept in place. Think of it like a international scale food sampler...package.

It also has tannic acid which breaks down pretty much everything.
