Great vlog. It's lovely to see children playing out when the weather is fine. Not many bother with outdoors these days! I hope Rachel is feeling well. I felt sick 24 hours a day for the first four months of both of my pregnancies and remember being really tired in the first few weeks. Are you going to tell the children in case they see it in a vlog? I am so happy for you all. You and Rachel are great parents and your children are so happy and loved. I know it's a stressful time with lots of things to sort out and worry about but when you look at what a lovely family you are and how much you love each other you can see that everything is going to be fine. x

Definitely everybody loves Friday, that's for sure :). Great that it was warm enough for the kids to play outside too! Between playing kick ball with Scruff and that trampoline you definitely got your exercise! Hope you've all had a lovely weekend my friend! xo

Oh I really am excited for you all. Has it sunk in yet? Such big news! You're a great family and I am happy for you. Steve if you look into high intensity exercises, burpees etc, there is so much you can do without a machine. I was gutted though when my old cross trainer packed in. Had been well used though! I couldn't go jogging either, too self conscious for that 😖 Enjoy your weekend and I hope to hear more on the baby front, how Rache is doing etc (Have a fab Mothers Day tomorrow Rache if you're reading btw) x

It's so silly that they had to cancel Red Nose Day and reschedule for the following week?! Sorry to hear about the banking issues, hope you were able to resolve them. I'm sorry to hear about all the problems with the treadmill, looks like Scruffbag found some alternative exercise for you, along with the trampoline! So sweet of the kids to bring home flowers for Rache! Wishing her a wonderful Mother's Day!!! Hey, Steve-o! I do a lot of Leslie Sansone's Walk-at-Home DVDs and there are TONS of her dvds here on youtube you can watch for free. You don't need any equipment, and you can find different lengths to do (1-mile, 2-miles, 3-miles, etc). She's awesome, and has helped me lose weight. :)
