youkyung definitely would be. maybe mina. i'm not sure about choa though, since she developed a lot of mental issues (depression, anxiety, and insomnia), but that could have been due in part to the strict idol requirements.

thita arema Hey I feel pretty much the same as you about kpop Idols playing their own instruments.I've been searching for and waiting for someone to come along...and now that I finally found them, I'm in love. I can't believe I missed them so completely till now. But I do love the girl kpop singing/dancing groups with all of my heart, but this is indeed w-a-a-a-a-a-a-y cool too. And I would add (gulp) that this tips the scales a bit, in favor of actual musicians.

I agree with you. Me, myself i only know singing/dancing girl group and it's kinda boring now because there are so many girl group debuting every year and doing the same thing. And it is my first time seeing girl group in a band and i find it cool and amazing. Hope to see AOA Black again. =)

Ja Vhenthnh You know, I think that the new group CLC plays as a group. In fact I almost can say it as a fact.They have videos showing them playing in public places as a group.Do a search on Sorn and it will lead you to them. They are/were as good as AOA Black.

Jimin and Choa are unfortunately not playing the guitar. Or I shoud say, whatever is they are playing is not what we're hearing because they're all over the place and not playing the right chords at all. I think that's why they had to let this concept go, but again the drummer and bassist are awesome. Awesome guitar solo at 2:47 that nobody onstage is playing :)

Sad, but true. I don't listen to a lot of other live band performers like CNBlue or FTIsland, but does having the backtracks or something like that normal? I would assume they would play it in case some thing went wrong with the audio/connections/instruments. This still sounded great nonetheless :)

Raxengun having a back track is fine but it shouldn't be your instrument. I think this is just a case of a pop group pretending to be a band. Choa isn't a guitarist so it's more of a prop for her. Jimin can play guitar though.

Milagros Cruz choa cant play guitar. Jimin can play guitar chords I've seen her do that. However she obviously can't and did not play that solo. As a musician who has performed for over 8 years on stage i can tell when someone can't play.

I love these girls and they are friggin talented as can be, but GODDAMN do they need to work on balancing their sound. Holy crap you can barely hear the guitars. Its the Yuna, Mina and Youkyung show out there. I guess a dress rehearsal wasn't a thing?

The live mixing isn't good, the guitars are drowned but you should still be able to mark the sound on each upward strum -- at least Jimin's guitar which sounds darker here. I find it hard to make out ChoA's guitar though.
