Great job Steve! it looks much more organized than before. It is difficult when you have so much stuff to make it look "pretty" so what you have done is make it more functional and usable. Glad you spent a few minutes discussing acoustical treatments to absorb and diffuse sound reflections. A lot of the rooms you see posted by end users have great equipment placed in environments that sub optimize performance substantially. As noted, a large rug placed in front of the main speakers is a no brainer.

Your new quarters are exciting and I wish you and Mrs. Audiophiliac many, many happy moments together. You have a large and loyal following out here and we all wish you and the audio industry you also serve great prosperity. We are fortunate in America to have such choices from which to choose. Plurality and relative market freedom, should never be taken for granted. Some countries have punitive tariffs, which make music listening difficult or at least an exercise only for the wealthy. Competition is a good thing. It keeps us on our toes and promotes innovative concepts which benefit mankind. Cooperation, which in nature is called a symbiotic relationship, was the original 'win-win' situation. Life on a shrinking planet will throw us enough problems without us sitting around and thinking up ways to belittle or frustrate our fellow human beings. Perhaps in adversity we can come together as one big, happy family. Long life and my best to you all.

Stunning transformation of space and gear, Steve. I see you have the new Dylan 1970 and the old Dylan Greatest Hits v.1 lp. That old Greatest has a special place for me. I like the v.2 with Watching the River Flow that never made any regular lp which I thought was pretty cool. Surprised by your love of the Klipsch RPs given the amount of speakers you listen to. They must be pretty dang awesome. Great natural light in that apartment now. Can't wait to make a cup of tea and listen to some good music!

When I was a teenager my speakers were about that size. It was paired with a Realistic receiver . Although those speakers were big our living room was cavernous and they fitted right in. I definitely could not accommodate them in my current house, Lol. Interesting video as per usual,cheers.

Space is looking great. Cool way to have 3 systems in one space. I used the towel suggestion from an earlier video and its a winner. My listening room is 20x25 in the basement. Wall to wall carpeting over concrete. The towels on top of the carpet did sharpen the image. The other suggestion you made really helped as well. Decoupling the speakers from the concrete/carpet floor really sharpened the image. I have big heavy speakers on casters. Just putting rubber floor protectors under the wheels did the trick. I also tried thick foam which worked initially, but less as it compressed over time. I will get a nice carpet with thick pad to put over the wall to wall in the listening area.

I'd fallen down that KZbin rabbit hole a couple days ago and was kind of reassured to see that what you are using looked fairly off-the-shelf.
