You clarified your character which was good. You did not need to clarify your career, any fan of drag racing knows that you are a competitor with the desire and ability to win. That desire is shared amongst many in all types of racing as well regardless of class that your in. Racing on any high level takes a serious money commitment that puts it out of reach for many of us, but that doesn't change our love for the sport and those that do compete on that level. I have followed NPK more than NHRA because it relates more to my background of street racing but still hold respect for your ability to drive and be successful over the years. The death threats need to chill and people just enjoy the sport instead of fighting over apples and oranges they are different for a reason. Thanks for responding with this video.

I really hope you see this. Stevie, if you do go after the No Prep deal, I’d suggest getting ahold of Black Rifle Coffee Company for some sponsorship. They’re a veteran owned, roast-to-order online shop with coffee that absolutely donkey stomps Starbucks. I’ve been trying to get them more involved in drag racing for years, literally funneling people their way. I think they need someone like you to get in front of them and show them just exactly what drag racing is all about, like only you can. I think y’all would be a great fit. You both have attitude, like to mix it up, and what’s not to like about guns and coffee! Just my two cents man! Keep it up!!

It's simple. No prep is a tv show designed and edited for entertainment purposes. Championship racing is actual not edited racing. I've ran all types of drag racing for the largest national track in Aus. Championship racing is for the racer and core fans, No prep for the the spectacle and fringe fans. Both make up modern drag racing and drag racing needs to embrace and capitalize on the crossover

It's all about respect. You showed it in this video(not so much yesterday). Like I said on your other video, I have looked up to you for years. Your work ethic drive and commitment have been the model for what I am trying to do in my little armature motorsports world. One of the things I have always thought was awesome was that you would talk all the smoke and then go lay it down. I understood your car wasn't NPK legal and not many of their cars would be NHRA Pro Mod legal. Thank you for clarifying that the thing that is holding you back is not having a clear defined path to be able to race for the money. NPK, Discovery, Pilgrim Media Group, Chris Pilgrim, Sam Korkis etc etc etc need to step up and give you a pathway to race.

Stevie, I knew you were gonna start a shit storm in the first minute of your original video but also new the responses from others was going to poke the sleeping bear. Many may think they want you to go over there to race but what they dont realize is that it would be a full time professional entering in to an amateur class. That's just a fact. How many of them do it for a living and make hundreds of runs in a year and have been, consistently for many years? How many of them have a developed program not just tuneup A, B, and C. I dont watch the show but I watch the NPK racing and its growing popularity can not be ignored. It is bringing back the essence of the match race days where cars had names and the drivers had character. You would be a good fit as you already have that. One thing I am certain of though. If you end up there youre gonna wear their asses out.

I actually had the opportunity to be part of the creation of a NPK car that debuted this season. It was a one off build of a car that I've never seen turned into a racecar, and the whole time we thought the car was already in when in fact it wasn't. It wasn't accepted until the 11th hour, just weeks before the start of the season. The steel body is the biggest rule but there's a lot of other stuff too. My advise is to keep in contact with the powers that be during the build to make sure you don't end up with a car they won't let race. Lots of hoops to jump through for sure but it'd be nice to see you go out and spank'em, ain't gonna lie, that would be awesome.
