Thank you for being such a big inspiration for me as a euphonium player. One of the main reasons im pursing in music is because of your influence. Thank you!

Great video, Steven. Lots of great advice on tempo, articulation and style. I would like to request that you do future videos on the Golland Concerto #2 and Philip Sparke #1. I need to perform these for an upcoming diploma performance and so I thought I would jump in before others start making requests :)

Hello, I was wondering if you could shed some light on the 1st/2nd edition dilemma. Do you know if Trevor Groom was playing from the 1st or 2nd edition in the recording on KZbin with Horovitz conducting? Would his approach to the final flourish (now marked "tempo") have changed when the 2nd edition was published.

Thank you very much for spending your time making this. If you could make a video about Harlequin that would be good, I listen to your recording all the time on Spotify, it sounds brilliant.

Thank you Steven for such an enlightening video. I am currently working on an academic paper comparing your interpretation of the Horovitz concerto with Trevor Groom's interpretation. I am using the recording in your "Euphonium Virtuoso" album (with Buizingen brass?) and the KZbin recording of Trevor Groom with the GUS Footwear band. I was wondering whether you knew when the Trevor Groom recording was made and whether his interpretation would have changed from the 1st to the 2nd edition.

It would be great if you could also do a video on Harlequin and Pantomime

I just noticed in your last couple of videos atleast, . you are not using the lefreque plates. Has your opinion of the lefreque plates changed?

Paul Routledge he’s not the sole seller of these in the UK anymore, so has less income from them... all about the money you say
